Your Commitment to the Program
The Fill My Workshop with Clients Program © is to provide education, information, marketing systems, scripts, strategies and marketing templates, mentoring, and motivation. To ensure that you keep up with the work required, and to ensure that your program and its fundamental philosophies are instilled correctly into your business.
You will be required to work yourself (or ensure that someone in your business works) on tasks to achieve your business goals from 10 to 12 hours per week (minimum) on marketing and business development activities in addition to the coaching call mentoring with your Fill My Workshop with Clients Program Mentor. This work is designed to achieve the desired results within your business in the shortest possible timeframe and activities may occur outside of your normal business tasks and or hours.
Your Perspective During The Program
Consistent with the Fill My Workshop with Clients Program © Mentoring point of view, we strongly advise against crisis management within your business (i.e., reacting because you need immediate results or better cash flow). Instead, we recommend and ask for your commitment to engage in a proactive step-by-step process as you implement the Fill My Workshop with Clients Program © strategies and concepts.
General Conditions:
1. The Fill My Workshop with Clients Program © Materials you receive are confidential and proprietary, and cannot be used, disclosed or duplicated except within your own company or business. These materials are published works protected by copyright laws and no unauthorized copying, adaptation, distribution, storage or display is permitted. Should you have multiple locations, additional fees will apply (please discuss this option with your mentor).
2. Our services are advisory. You bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in your business. You agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless the Fill My Workshop with Clients Program © and your mentor from and against any loss, cost or expense resulting from your activities related to the subject matter in this document and in the Fill My Workshop with Clients Program ©.
3. While the Fill My Workshop with Clients Program © and your mentor will be providing you with guidance, direction and program materials, templates and strategies, such a role is advisory and not of actually doing the activity itself.You will be primarily accountable for producing the results during the Program. In this way, the Fill My Workshop with Clients Program © and your Mentor seeks to guide, educate, train and motivate you in order to skill up your ability to run a successful business, a life-long activity.
4. The Fill My Workshop with Clients Programme © offers 8 detailed modules consisting of videos, training and templates stepped out over 8 weeks, which can be used and accessed to improve the sales and marketing performance of your workshop. You will have access to these 8 modules for the entire time you are part of The Fill My Workshop with Clients Program ©. Additionally, we have a closed face book support group to source additional templates, scripts and marketing strategies share your challenges and successes and get regular feedback to address challenges and promote success and to critique your strategies and marketing initiatives. We also have a weekly online Q & A to ask live questions and seek answers on how to achieve your ultimate goal in business success. Your membership to the program entitles you to use the strategies provided in the program, utilize the marketing templates and ideas and to interact with the mentor and members, on the various electronic platforms
5. You will at times feel frustration and a sense of anxiety around doing the tasks that you need to do, to put into place the actions, systems, strategies and activities to get your auto workshop to where it needs to be and if you hit a road block, we expect you to let us know, so we can work with you to address and push through this challenge to get you back on track.
6. The 90 day risk free ‘test drive’ guarantee where you get to trial the entire programme and if at any stage within the first 90 days from joining, you decide that you don’t like the programme for any reason, you can quit and exit the programme with no further financial commitment, no questions asked.
If however you leave the programme within the first 90 days, the material in the programme is covered by copywrite, and therefor authorisation to use this material no longer applies. Material includes any marketing scripts, templates, strategies, concepts or marketing programme material acquired from the programme to promote, market or advertise your or other businesses.
If you do exit the programme within the first 90 days, you will not be allowed to join the programme again.
7. Our agreement is the entire agreement between you and Massive Results Marketing the business, offering The Fill My Workshop with Clients Program ©, all prior agreements, promises or representations being merged herein.
8.Our agreement shall be governed by, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
